How do I return an item?
Step 01: Fill in the enclosed return formula
Step 02: Put the item(s) and the return formula into the package and put on the return label
Step 03: Hand in the package at any GLS parcel shop
Please note: Your right of return is 14 days. When we have received your return, you will be getting a confirmation by email.
How do I exchange a size?
We are more than happy to help you getting another size, as long as it is in stock. Please contact us via [email protected] and give up your order number, the product you wish to exchange and the size of which you would like to receive. We will be getting back o you as soon as possible and send a confirmation when your new item is on its way.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
We strive to process your return no longer than 48 hours after receiving the package at our warehouse.
We will refund all payments received from you no longer than 14 days after getting the request from you.
If regretting your purchase, we will refund the amount. If an item is impairment, we will subtract the amount of which you are liable for.
What happens if I exceed the deadline of return?
If you exceed the return deadline of 14 days, a fee of EUR 30 will be deducted. If you exceed the return deadline by one month or more, a refund is not possible. In this case, we deposit the value of the order in Key points into your account and deduct a fee of EUR 60.
What happens if I do not pick up my package?
If you do not pick up your package at the selected package shop, a fee of EUR 30 will be deducted.
How do I make a complaint?
Please contact customer service via [email protected] and give up your order number and the product of which you would like to complain about. Remember to address the problem and enclose a photo of the product.
